EVALUATIONS

Many families are seeking a better understanding of their child’s strengths and areas of vulnerability for a number of reasons. Evaluations can help us understand learning profiles, identify learning problems, highlight areas of giftedness, and provide diagnostic clarification.

I provide individualized and tailored comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational evaluations.  For example, I can assist in determining  if your child has a specific learning disability (e.g., Reading, Writing, Mathematics), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), social emotional problems (e.g., Anxiety, Depression), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), problems with memory, and difficulties with executive functioning (e.g., planning, organization, flexibility, self-regulation, etc).

Evaluations can be scheduled during or after school hours, including Saturdays. The length of the testing sessions varies depending on the nature of the evaluation; however, comprehensive reports are provided within 4 weeks of the final assessment session.
